We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the receipt or proof of purchase. For returns made between 14 and 30 days, we can offer store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure that returns are initiated before shipping the item; returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
For non-damaged products, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you’re unsure about the return policy for a particular item, please contact us for clarification.
Please note that sale items are also non-returnable.
To quickly obtain the item you want, we suggest returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new one once the return is accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
